The rules and expectations for using LearnersAI.

Welcome to LearnersAI, an AI-powered platform designed to support primary school pupils in Uganda. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the following terms.

    Eligibility
    LearnersAI is intended for use by primary school pupils (P1–P7), their guardians, and educators in Uganda. Users must provide accurate information during registration. Pupils should use the platform under adult supervision.

    Account Responsibility
    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

    Communications (Email and WhatsApp)
    If you provide an email address and/or phone number, you agree that we may contact you with important account and service-related messages (for example, verification, security notices, onboarding messages, subscription updates, and support). You can request to stop non-essential messages by contacting support.

    Acceptable Use
    You agree to use LearnersAI for educational purposes only. Any misuse, including attempting to access unauthorised data, disrupting the platform, or submitting harmful or inappropriate content, is prohibited.

    Content
    All educational content, quizzes, lessons, and AI-generated responses are for learning support and are aligned with the Uganda National Curriculum. While we strive for accuracy, LearnersAI does not guarantee the correctness of all information. AI responses should be used as a learning aid, not as a definitive source.

    Privacy
    Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and Data Retention & Deletion Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
  7. 7
    Subscription & Payment

    Some features of LearnersAI require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on the terms stated at the time of purchase. Free trial access, where offered, is available to eligible users for a limited period.

    All payments are processed securely. We do not store full payment card details. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion and handled case-by-case — please contact admin@leanersai.ug for billing enquiries.

    We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.

    Termination
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in harmful behaviour, or misuse the platform. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action.

    Changes
    LearnersAI may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
